Refund & Cancellation Policy 

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept return/refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered.

  • Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence).

  • Defective product due to craftsmanship issues.

Personalized/custom-made products are non-returnable.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

4. Evidence Required

  • Clear photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect product is mandatory for refund eligibility.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind or dislike after purchase.

  • Products that are opened, worn, or tampered with.

  • Delays caused by courier or force majeure events.
