Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Returns & Refunds
We accept return/refund requests only in the following cases:
- Wrong item delivered.
- Product damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours with supporting evidence).
- Defective product due to craftsmanship issues.
Personalized/custom-made products are non-returnable.
3. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
4. Evidence Required
- Clear photo/video proof of the damaged or incorrect product is mandatory for refund eligibility.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind or dislike after purchase.
- Products that are opened, worn, or tampered with.
- Delays caused by courier or force majeure events.
